Taitlyn Jones

Program Manager

Taitlyn Jones joined COPE Health Solutions in January 2023 and is currently a Program Manager. In this role, Ms. Jones oversees the COPE Health Scholars program at Adventist Health Bakersfield where she leads recruitment and enrollment strategies, manages day-to-day operations of the account, trains new cohorts and offers professional development opportunities to participants as they embark on their health care careers.

Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Jones participated in the Health Scholars program at Adventist Health Bakersfield from 2019 to 2022. During her tenure as a Health Scholar, she was recruited to work as a Medical Scribe for emergency room physicians at the same institution. Ms. Jones gained experience in various clinical and administrative departments before being promoted to Program Coordinator in January 2023. In this position, she managed recruitment, enrollment and training processes for the Nurse Scholar program at Adventist Health Bakersfield, before transitioning to her current role as Program Manager in March 2023.

Ms. Jones completed her Bachelor’s degree in Human Biological Sciences at California State University, Bakersfield in December 2022. Passionate about helping others from a young age, Ms. Jones volunteered at numerous health care facilities and organizations such as the Ronald McDonald House and Bakersfield Memorial Hospital between 2016 and 2019. Ms. Jones is presently pursuing her Master’s in Public Administration with a concentration on Healthcare Management, at California State University, Bakersfield.
