Pavan Patel, MHA joined COPE Health Solutions in January 2023 as a Manager and has 8 years of strategy and operations management experience at health systems, academic medical centers, and health technology companies.

Mr. Patel is an experienced healthcare operations/strategy improvement consultant with wide-ranging skills in data analysis, process improvement, solution design, project management, client interaction, and staff management. Specific expertise in network management, ROI analysis, financial modeling, revenue cycle management, revenue cycle optimization, population health improvement, change management, EMR conversions, technology implementations, Pre/Post sales at different physician practices, ambulatory care centers, major health systems, academic medical centers, and regional hospitals.

Most recently, Mr. Patel worked at Change Healthcare, where he worked as a revenue cycle consultant primarily performing ROI analysis, and financial modeling/assessments for prospective clients. He has also worked as a lead project manager at Radiology Partners, where he focused on process improvement and internal industry best practice education. He also worked with CMS to ensure physician bonus payments were paid out for services rendered in health professional shortage areas.

Mr. Patel also worked as a consultant at RSM US LLP and Huron Consulting Group where he focused on full revenue cycle management and process improvement.

Mr. Patel earned his Bachelor of Health Administration from the University of North Florida and his Master of Health Administration from the University of Central Florida.
