Lea Kitamura

Lea Kitamura is the Senior Accountant at COPE Health Solutions, joining the team in May of 2022. Ms. Kitamura is responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting processes.

Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Kitamura worked for a local accounting firm in Hawaii where she provided outsourced senior-level accounting services for small to mid-sized businesses. She managed all day-to-day accounting functions, as well as providing monthly financials, assisting with year-end audits, and annual budget creation. While at the firm, Ms. Kitamura focused on implementing cloud-based technologies to streamline existing processes and build efficiencies to support financial planning and analysis needs.

Ms. Kitamura is a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Shidler School of Business. In addition, Ms. Kitamura holds a Certificate in Accounting from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
