Audrey Lim
Program Manager
Audrey Lim, joined COPE Health Solutions in September 2021 as Program Manager for the COPE Health Scholars program at Mission Hospital. She oversees program operations with an emphasis on recruitment, training, leadership development, mentoring, and initiative planning and implementation.
Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Lim was a Health Scholar at Mission Hospital for three years. She served as a Department Coordinator and quickly advanced to executive team as Director of Departmental Operations. During her time in the program, she completed over 1,000 hours in the program, assisted in the implementation of multiple departments at the site, and worked to bridge scholar and staff perspectives to promote a positive experience for all stakeholders. She has also served as Health Scholar Assistant for the site.
Ms. Lim graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor of Science in neuroscience. During her undergraduate career, she conducted research on biochemistry and teaching, worked as a student staff and volunteer coordinator for the campus food pantry, developed and taught a college course on food security and food justice, and co-founded Little EINSTEINs, an elementary school STEM outreach and education program. She earned her Master of Science in Nutrition at Case Western Reserve University. During her graduate career, she held the role of a Graduate Research Assistant for the Food Security and COVID 19 project at the Mary Ann Swetland Center for Environmental Health. As testament to her dedication to serving others, she was awarded the Marguleas Weiman Humanitarian of the Year graduating senior award at UCR’s Academic Convocation.
