Eduardo Castillo
Program Manager
Eduardo Castillo joined COPE Health Solutions in September of 2021. He is responsible for overseeing and expanding the COPE Health Scholar program at Kaiser Permanente Woodland Hills in Southern California. In his role, Mr. Castillo oversees the daily operating procedures and is responsible for the growth and expansion of the Health Scholar program.
Before joining COPE Health Solutions, Mr. Castillo served in the Marine Corps for two enlistments, as an Operations Manager for a behavioural health care company and as a Program Manager for Adventist Health Simi Valley. His passion for healthcare stemmed after completing the COPE Health Scholar program at Adventist Health Simi Valley.
Mr. Castillo graduated from California State University Northridge with a bachelor’s in Health Care Administration. Upon graduation, he was also awarded the CSUN Student Veteran Service award for his service and dedication to student associations, clubs, faculty members, and students. Eddie also represented CSUN at the University of Southern California’s Diversity in Healthcare Leadership initiative.
Mr. Castillo is currently attending Pepperdine University for his Masters in Business Administration, specializing in Leadership and Managing Organizational Change.
