  • Document and launch new workflows, staff reassignments, unit conversions, patient access protocols and monitoring programs outside of “brick and mortar”
• Emergency Interim Staffing Support
  • Provide interim staffing for key licensed and non-licensed roles
  • Provide seasoned health care operations and strategy executives for leadership and subject matter expertise, in tandem with project management support as needed

  • Train non-licensed, repurposed or new staff to help support patient care and address workforce needs within hospitals and health systems
