History of COPE Health Solutions

COPE Health Solutions, formerly Community Outreach Prevention and Education (COPE), started as a community outreach program formed by a group of University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) student volunteers with the common goal to provide health education to the underprivileged and uninsured in the Los Angeles community. We quickly learned that without a realignment of financial incentives to support clinical redesign, the direct outreach we were providing would have much less value as we were pushing uphill against a broken health care system.

In the years following, COPE Health Solutions has committed to an evolution to bring together experienced leaders in population health and value based payment and to be a thought leader in health care. Our team provides high-value business, clinical integration and health workforce solutions, while continuing to focus on improving the health of the community, through the redesign of health care and wellness delivery, supported by the proper alignment of financial incentives.

COPE Health Solutions has been named by Modern Healthcare as one of top 20 largest health care management firms serving the U.S. in 2017 and 2018.
